This Deliverable presents co-design processes across the eight FoodCLIC Living Labs (LLs), to develop portfolios of real-life interventions in local food environments and supply chains, following the CLIC framework.
Using a tailored co-design methodology (three workshops per LL plus, in some cases, “city food walks”) citizens, including vulnerable groups, entrepreneurs, urban designers, policy-makers, and scientists jointly developed local solutions.
The report outlines how LLs adapted the process to local contexts, building on prior visioning and strategy work (Deliverable 3.1). Outcomes include eight portfolios of interventions with objectives, activities, responsibilities, and monitoring frameworks. Case reports detail methods, participation, key results, and lessons learned.
