This one-page document highlights key interventions planned by the Living Lab in the Plain of Lucca as part of the FoodCLIC project. These initiatives include the launch of Food Education Labs in schools, the provision of Anti-Inflation and Anti-Crisis meals for social inclusion, and the upscaling of the “La mi’ bottega” project to support local businesses.
