This one-page document highlights key interventions planned by the Living Lab in the Plain of Lucca as part of the FoodCLIC project. These initiatives include the launch of Food Education Labs in schools, the provision of Anti-Inflation and Anti-Crisis meals for social inclusion, and the upscaling of the “La mi’ bottega” project to support local businesses. Additionally, a working table on local production and food supply chains will be established, while efforts will also focus on raising awareness and fostering knowledge exchange across the region.
